Rebuilding Connection Workshop with Anna Sterk on September 9, 2026 at 12-3pm ET
You can love each other deeply and still lose the physical connection that once felt easy. One partner may feel rejected, while the other feels pressured. Affection can start to feel risky because it might become a request for sex, and eventually both people stop knowing how to reach for each other without creating more distance. In this 3-hour live workshop, Anna Sterk, LMFT and RLT Faculty, will help you understand the patterns that block desire and show you how to begin rebuilding connection without shame, blame, pressure, or making either partner the problem. You will explore what happens when one person is always initiating, why intimacy can start to feel like a chore, how parenthood can change desire, and how to start honest conversations about sex when the topic has become difficult to touch. Come on your own or with a partner. Therapists and coaches are also welcome to attend for a closer look at how Relational Life Therapy approaches sexual disconnection. $47. A 100% refund is available through September 11, 2026 at 3 PM ET if requested within 48 hours after the live workshop. Register here.
