Rooted in Ritual: From Burnout to Balance
How Everyday Ritual Supports Restoration, Resilience & Well-Being
In a profession that asks us to constantly hold space for others, where can we go to be held ourselves? Register here to give yourself this gift.
Join somatic therapist and healing arts practitioner Dãmasa Doyle for a powerful session designed to help therapists reconnect with their own energy, wisdom, and well-being through the power of everyday ritual. In the midst of collective grief, racial injustice, and global uncertainty, therapists—particularly Black and BIPOC healers—are carrying extraordinary emotional weight. This workshop offers a restorative path back to balance.
Drawing from a variety of ancestral, spiritual, and somatic traditions, Dãmasa will guide participants in exploring ritual as a healing technology—one that regulates the nervous system, nourishes the soul, and supports sustainable clinical presence. Participants will walk away with simple, adaptable practices they can integrate into daily life to support emotional restoration, deepen therapeutic resonance, and expand their capacity to serve. Register here!

Dãmasa “Dãma” Doyle is a former Navy Cryptologist, Sex Columnist, and Hospitality Executive turned Shamanic Ritualist, Plant Medicine Doula, and Sacred Touch Practitioner. She offers compassionate guidance in integrating mindfulness, healing, and wellness with releasing, and transforming stagnant energies into joy, flow, and ease via ancient rituals and techniques. Through a combination of bodywork, breathwork, sound healing, meditation, movement, animism, and ancestral communication, Dãma honors Indigenous wisdom with deep reverence. Dama’s work incorporates techniques from her West African, Cuban, and Asian lineage as well as South American cosmologies. She brings all of these global healing practices to her community with respect and care. Her approach centers on creating healing ceremonies and rituals that uplift, restore and support individuals in reconnecting with and remembering who they are. With over 15 years of experience in sexual inquiry and Tantric intimacy practices, Dãma, a trained Dakini and Pro Domme, has recently expanded her private practice to include pleasure mapping and sacred touch. She is passionate about helping people develop consent-based practices that support elemental, sensorial, spiritual, and sexual liberation. Traveling internationally and living between NYC and Denver, CO, Dãma offers one-on-one sessions and intimate group workshops, transforming every space into a sacred temple and holding a large permission field so that all beings know they are welcomed within the expansion of her care.
