Live Online EMDR Basic Training BTR BIPOC Cohort with Dean Jones
We are pleased to announce a BTR EMDR Training Cohort in partnership with Mosaic Institute. They understand the importance of having multicultural sensitivity in EMDR therapy. That’s why, as the first African American EMDRIA-approved independent training program, Mosaic Institute focused their EMDR training on the critical importance of cultural awareness and sensitivity in every phase of EMDR therapy. From the history-taking phase to the reprocessing phase, they emphasize the importance of being mindful of cultural nuances—both in preparation and throughout the journey toward emotional healing.
Dean Jones, LCSW, Mosaic Institute Director, is a trauma-trained clinician with extensive experience across community-based and public mental health systems. In 2021, Dean achieved a significant milestone by becoming one of the very few African American-approved EMDR Trainers and Consultants. This accomplishment was followed by another historic achievement in 2023: Mosaic Training Institute became the first African American EMDRIA-approved independent training program.

Cancellation Policy:
Registrants canceling up to 72 hours before the training will receive a tuition refund less a $75.00 administrative fee. No refund for less than 72 hours of cancellation.
