By registering for this training, you agree that this session is for your personal use only. Recording, scraping, reproducing, repackaging, distributing, or sharing access to this content in any form without prior written permission from Black Therapists Rock and the presenter is strictly prohibited. We ask that you honor the integrity of this offering and help us protect the work of our presenters and the community they serve.

In this one-hour info session, Dean Jones will break down why EMDR continues to be one of the most effective trauma treatment modalities, how it differs from other approaches, and how it can meaningfully expand your clinical practice. Grounded in cultural awareness and clinical integrity, this conversation will also explore how EMDR can reconnect therapists to ancestral and indigenous healing wisdom often overlooked in Western models of care.

Whether you are new to EMDR or considering formal training, this session offers a valuable entry point into understanding how this modality can support deeper, more effective trauma work. Register here to learn more.

Bonus: BTR members will receive exclusive information about the upcoming Fall 2026 BTR EMDR Training Cohort.
