Community Learning Program: A Power Exchange with Your Pain

March 20 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EDT

A Power Exchange with Your Pain: Navigating Body-Based Trauma with Dr. Yulinda Renee Rahman on March 20, 2026 from 12-1pm ET

This FREE Community Learning Program webinar explores how trauma is held and negotiated within the body, particularly in the context of chronic stress, constraint, and lived power dynamics. This workshop invites clinicians to examine how relationships to control, agency, and consent shape trauma responses and healing pathways. Participants will be introduced to a structured framework for self-reconciliation that centers embodiment, choice, and relational power. The session offers language and concepts clinicians can integrate into trauma-informed work with clients navigating body-based trauma. Register to attend this session here. Can’t attend? We will send all registrants an email recording of the event.

Participants will:

  • Examine how body-based trauma influences relationships to agency, control, and safety.
  • Identify the four pillars of Self-Reconciliation Therapy as a framework for trauma healing and reclamation.
  • Understand power exchange as an embodied, relational dynamic relevant to trauma-informed clinical practice.
