Parts Companion is a HIPAA compliant therapy companion platform for Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other parts-based modalities, built by Evolve.org — a philanthropic organization dedicated to the evolution of consciousness. It is the first generative AI tool designed specifically to support — not replace — the therapeutic process.

For clients, Parts Companion helps integrate the work they do in therapy as a life practice. After each session, the platform produces personalized session notes, part profiles, visualizations in multiple styles, and guided meditations that adapt to each part’s type, burden level, and therapeutic readiness. Over time, these artifacts build into a comprehensive record of the client’s inner world.

For therapists, coaches, and other parts work practitioners, Parts Companion provides tools for continuous growth: session assessments across 17 IFS competency domains backed by specific quotes and timestamps, blending detection that identifies therapist parts activation, and an AI consultant that functions as a knowledgeable IFS colleague for supervision.

Parts Companion is the only platform that has assembled a clinical team of over 20 senior parts work practitioners, including lead trainers, accredited consultants, and published clinicians to annotate data, review clinical safety, and shape every feature. The platform is HIPAA compliant — AI vendors are contractually prohibited from storing or training on user data — and gives practitioners full control over what clients see.
